Small aviation and space businesses can access Qld Govt Grant for legal advice through the Small Business COVID-19 Adaption Grant Program – Round 2 is now open as of 1 July and will only receive applications for a short time.

Use grant funds to ensure you have important aviation or space legal advice to flourish after COVID-19.

IALPG is the law firm for air and space industry participants, and we stand with you through these unprecedented times with faith that the business of aerospace will, as it always have, return albeit in a different and more resilient way.

Accordingly we are pleased to advise that the Queensland Government has launched it’s “Small Business COVID-19 Adaption Grant Program”. The program in its new Round 2 is open for grants of $2,000 up to $10,000 per eligible small or micro business to fund, among other things, financial, legal or other professional advice to support business sustainability and diversification.

The grants may significantly assist small aviation businesses and space startups who have been impacted by the business interruptions of COVID-19 restrictions, and who may have otherwise been unable to retain professional advisers.

Grants are open for businesses with 20 or fewer staff and payroll under $1.3 million, and have been seriously impacted by COVID-19.

The grants are in high demand, so do not delay if you wish to apply for one.
